Primary category: Auto Repair Shop (primary), Oil Change Service, Tire Shop. Auto Repair Shop is your primary category. Add Oil Change Service as a secondary if quick-lube type services are a significant part of your volume. Tire Shop only if you actively sell and install tires. Be accurate. Wrong categories hurt your ranking.

Your oil change price is the number one search driver for auto service shops. Jiffy Lube, Firestone, and every dealer service department have their oil change price in Google search.
