Educational information
OneFlatRate provides general educational and operational information. It does not provide legal, medical, veterinary, financial, accounting, emergency-services, or other professional advice. Businesses should review procedures with qualified professionals where appropriate.
Tools and calculations
Tool outputs depend on information entered by the user. The Missed Call Opportunity Calculator is an illustrative planning estimate and does not guarantee calls, leads, customers, appointments, revenue, savings, or business results. Self-assessment scores are not audits or industry benchmarks.
Browser data and privacy
The launch tools run in the browser. OneFlatRate does not require an account or email address to use them. Some tools may store progress in the browser’s local storage. Clearing browser data removes that local information. Analytics may be added through the configuration file and should be disclosed in an updated privacy notice before activation.
External sites
AgentOnCall and other external websites have their own terms, privacy practices, pricing, and service descriptions. Review the destination site before purchasing or submitting information.

Product and company names belong to their respective owners. We work to maintain accurate information but do not warrant that every page will always be complete or current.
