OneFlatRate publishes resources intended to help independent service businesses improve customer response. A page should remain useful even when a visitor does not purchase AgentOnCall.
Originality
We favor original frameworks, calculators, templates, scripts, decision guides, and future first-party research. We do not publish mass-produced pages that merely restate common information.
Use of artificial intelligence
AI tools may assist with organization, drafting, quality checks, and maintenance. Publication requires human review for usefulness, accuracy, duplication, unsupported claims, and alignment with the site’s purpose. We do not use automation to create large numbers of low-value pages.
Sources and claims
Claims that depend on external facts should be linked to reliable primary sources when practical. Planning calculators clearly identify their assumptions. We do not present self-assessment output as an industry benchmark.
Recommendations and ownership
One Flat Rate LLC publishes OneFlatRate and owns AgentOnCall. Any recommendation for AgentOnCall is affiliated and disclosed. We do not describe AgentOnCall as an independently selected third-party winner or conceal the ownership relationship.
Cross-site linking
OneFlatRate links to AgentOnCall when the service is relevant to the page or tool result. Links use brand or natural descriptive language. We do not place repetitive keyword links on unrelated pages, participate in link exchanges, or create pages solely to pass ranking value.
Updates
Pages are reviewed when services, practices, regulations, technology, cited sources, or business procedures materially change. A date is changed only when the page receives a meaningful review or update.
Corrections
